ScanBox Under Counter Crosswise is designed to easily slide under shallower buffet and serving counters. It is easy to move and simplifies the transport of hot food to serving stations or event areas.
The Under Counter Crosswise simplifies service operations by providing convenient storage and transport of hot food close to the restaurant's plating area without taking up unnecessary space. Unlike stationary heating solutions, it offers both a flexible and mobile solution, making it ideal for buffet management, service areas, and events where food needs to be moved between different locations.

The development of Under Counter Crosswise is driven by our customers' need to simplify food handling at buffets and to prepare and store dishes under serving counters, close to the guests. A valuable feature is that the units can also be used to warm plates and other accessories directly under the serving counter. Its compact design, with only 580 mm depth, helps optimize floor space in kitchens with limited room.
