How do I purchase spare parts?

What is your spare parts availability?
ScanBox guarantees spare parts availability for at least 10 years from the production date*. Frequently requested parts are in stock for immediate delivery, while less common components, such as doors, chassis, and top frames, are manufactured upon request.

What does the ScanBox warranty include?
ScanBox delivers high-quality products for commercial kitchens, designed to store and transport food. We offer a 24-month warranty from the invoicing date*. The warranty covers product functionality, freedom from manufacturing and design defects, and the cost-free resolution of any issues during this period.
The warranty is valid provided that the product is maintained and used according to ScanBox guidelines in the user manual. Repairs must be performed by authorized personnel using original parts.
