ScanBox was established in 1992 and has since grown to a global business with 56 employees.

Our Journey

From setting a new market standard to operating in over 60 markets, with the ambition to become a global market leader.

1992–2000: Start-Up

We set a new market standard. This was a period of experimentation, where we began shaping our identity into what it is today. We moved into our own facilities and adopted a unique design & production method, which, unlike the commonly used mold technique, enabled us to create customized products tailored to users’ diverse and real needs.

2001–2010: Growth Takes Off

We build international networks. During this period, we began expanding beyond Sweden and Scandinavia into international sales. Long-term collaborations with culinary teams around the world started strengthening our global presence.

2010–2019: Passionate Entrepreneurship

We became an international brand. Fueled by passionate entrepreneurship and a focus on chefs’ daily needs, we experienced rapid growth and diversified our product range to meet challenges in different customer segments.

2020–Present: Industrial Entrepreneurship

Our goal is sustainable global growth and market leadership. By refining and structuring our entrepreneurial spirit, we are focusing on initiatives that create the greatest value for our customers.
